Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull and Western Australian Premier Mark McGowan have announced a new agreement to bring Western Australia into the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The NDIS is one of the largest social policy reforms in Australia's history. Today's agreement replaces the agreement signed in late January 2017 by the previous Western Australian Government for a Western Australian administered NDIS.
Premier Mark McGowan said, "Our priority has been ensuring the best outcome for Western Australians with disability, their carers and their families."
